To a recent person who submitted a feedback with not contact info re: renting out your home…

Good morning,

I have a party that I’d like to show your home to if it is still available.

I’ve been at the lake since it was being built in the early 60’s.
Over the past 28 yrs I’ve assisted neighbors in buy/sell/rent/& property management, prior to that my father offered brokerage here.

To bring a qualified tenant to you with completed application in hand, I typically receive [—-] e.g. 1/2 first months rent.
When monthly management services are needed afterward,  I offer those from [—] e.g. 5-10% per month, depending on the package. Local lake resident yard care and home repair available.

BEST: ALL fees are refundable (FREE) if/when the property owner should list and sell the property through our office – (see my website for details).

If we can show your home, we will need a key and would like to show it within the next 24-48 hours.
