- Limited updates & document postings as appropriate
- With general comments in the posts
- Showings set with standard Buyer Agreement of Understanding for our file at that time – retainer not required.
OPTION 3 With contact info, Interests Survey feedback, pre-approval letter &/or other proof of ability to purchase, and a Buyers Agreement of Understanding, we will:
- Create a YourSpace247 & YourSearch(es)
- Give specific comments about property posts
- Give access to a number of video tours that show the lake/road views of the streets surrounding the lake
- And you’ll have access to more in-depth data on the properties of potential interest postings

OPTION 5 With contact info, Interests Survey feedback, pre-approval letter &/or other proof of ability to purchase, a Buyers Agreement of Understanding, and retainer of $495 (FREE ON 2ND TRANSACTION IN SELL/ BUY) we will:

- Access property information that sellers prefer a ‘level of privacy’ on, and/or ‘coming soon’.

- Schedule & attend showings w/buyer. Feedback offered may include a sort of ‘therapist style’ Q n A’s, plus pros & cons from our perspective.
- Customer/client shares direct to and has 24/7 access of YourSpace247 e.g: approval letter(s), properties of interest, etc.
- Broker posting directly into YourSpace247 site: e.g. properties of interest – sold/on market, docs, checklists, spreadsheets, tax papers, closing preview packet, etc.
- Feedback re: value, income & property tax issues, future marketability prospects, etc
- YourSpace247 accessible document flow history eliminates disjointed emails and text attachments to sort through.
- Preparation / presentation / negotiation of purchase offer packages.
- Schedule/ assist with appraisals/ inspections/ contractor quotes.
- Communications w/ co-broke office, lender, title company, inspectors, appraisers, tax accountant, etc as needed.
- Avail &/or jointly review pre closing documents (on request)
- Attend closing with buyer(s)
