Having been on-water here since 1 yr of age, I’ll share info about seasonal considerations, if underwater hazards may be just off shore, where the quiet areas and the heavier traffic may be, what you might like or dislike about various typography. There are definitely insights available from my at-lake network of professional contacts as well. If you’re a seller and would like some comparable solds to evaluate your home let me know. I do NOT use a ‘click and done’ algorithm from MLS software, I use a spreadsheet with human input.
